  • White Wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Chardonnay - your favorite white wine)
  • Apple Cider
  • Ginger Beer
  • Spiced Rum
  • Apples
  • Whole Cinnamon Sticks

Combine all ingredients into a pitcher. Cut up the apples into cubes removing the core and seeds. Add the apple slices to a pitcher, punch bowl, or glass carafe, and then chill overnight.

Serving it cold is my favorite. I've been known to add an ice cube or two to my glass. The perfect sangria with warm flavors yet refreshing!

Make sure there is a good portion of apples in each glass for a fabulous happy hour. If you're looking to serve this for holiday dinners, add a whole cinnamon stick to each glass to make it more festive!

It's not only delicious but refreshing and something you're going to want all year long (I love it throughout the Summer months). There is no rule that says you can't have this drink before Labor Day!
